The winter season can be challenging for many LGBTQIA+ folks. It can bring up feelings of sadness or loneliness, triggering memories of holidays past or challenges with family. The darkness and cold weather can also just bring you down.
Join us for a FREE bi-weekly online meditation to support you through the winter holiday season.
Come together in queer community to be guided in short mindfulness and meditation practices. These practices will help to calm your mind and cultivate inner peace through the winter.
The 5 bi-weekly 30-minute sessions will include:
- Intention setting for individual and collective peace.
- A 10-15 minute guided meditation or mindfulness practice.
- Opportunity to share your experience of the practice.
Our meditation sessions will be held online via Zoom, so you can join by computer or phone.
We will meet at 9am PST / 12pm EST for 30-minutes.
